30 Day Notice

When it is time to move, we ask that our tenants submit a 3o Day Notice form at the first of the month or before the first of the month you are planning to move out. A final inspection will be conducted by the owner at his discretion following vacancey of the unit. If there is deposit to be returned, a check will be issued at the end of the month and mailed to the forwarding address provided. Not submitting a 30 Day Notice will forfeit any eligible deposit.

Work Orders

There are things to check before submiting a work order. Checking these items before hand can solve problems quickly, eleminate the need for a maintenance call and determine what is an actual emergency.

If you still need to submit a work order, please be as spacific as you can in your discription. This will help us to know exactly what needs fixed and what will be needed to do the repairs.
